i wanted to try pixel art, been messing around for 2h now and crafted whole gear :)

keep in mind this is my first pixel art work so if you will hate, just skip your wasting your time :)

Good start I think your items need some more girth to them. (Too skinny)

Maybe that was the whole point.

I think that set looks cool which we haven't seen here before, or kinda? Examples like broken dagger et cetera. Looks literally like it's been eaten by some sort of substance.

Could be called something like Ancient Devoured Armour.

Keep up the work! You working really good with shadows and colors but i didnt like the outlines/shapes/motives. But please keep update i want to see your progress.

i could try to explain what i tried to achieve:

basically unique items that we dont usually see in zezenia (just like dancore said)
for example head is bandana instead of regular helmet, shoes are actual shoes not boots like every other, pants are teared, bracers are in 2 parts.. i believe it gives the feeling of being ''ancient and magical'' (found somewhere), rather than brand new polished just out of anvil

as for, i didnt complicate too much i basically wanted to draw just 1 piece and ended up drawing whole set
if you want to know, i think i did armor first and bag last, so thats my mini progress haha

also to add up to stormy, i realized just after that my items are way smaller than usual sprites, i didnt really pay attention to how big actual sprite is in 32x32 canvas

anyway, i find this to be fun so i will make some more when i get time as i am busy irl atm, maybe one day i get good enough to have at least 1 item drawn by me in game
