Believe in Administration skills. If he officially promised, I am sure that he will restore these items, even if it is really difficult task - hope items will appear in deposits in few hours, maybe days. Sadly, several things happened, several bugs appeared that generated huge problems by small code mistakes. Instead of working on next things, our attention was focused on fixing generated problems.
