The server crashed...leaving characters online while clients turned off.
This means monsters were attacking players and they were rendered un-able to heal or do anything.

Using a bot or not using a bot would make no difference in this particular situation.
If a monster(s) inflicts X amount of damage or X% of your full life (a ratio) case per second you will die.

Please refrain from empty comments such as yours.
Especially when there is valid proof from 3 different servers with multiple cases of character deaths at 22:22:30.
