The thing is, high levels benefit off the low levels like myself who buy premmy cards in order to get gold to buy gear. Players are selling Gear for tens of million of gold. I would wish my money in real life was valued the same or if not more than items which have no cap price! All I can see benefit mostly from this is high level with millions of useless gold and racking up on Pcards.
