why skills from warrior no be affect with skills? only magic level increase the damage

Let me guess, you have 150 melee so you think its good to scale on skills? Haha.
Doesnt make sense where a magic skill, scales of melee.

Only good is Shield Slam without scale from skills

Cleave is not 2x deso.

Deso did like 300/400 dmg at level 300? 8x 2400/3200 dmg
Cleave does like 700/750 at level 300? 5x 3500/3750 dmg.

These numbers are in ideal hunts. with a shaman and the ability to ALWAYS use these spells when tanking 5 or 8.
You hit 3 less monsers but the dmg is "slightly" increased.

You are asking why a magic spell is increased only by magic level .

Whats next your Basic attacks should scale higher from magic level....
