Karkilla south east (go south first, or reach point near Clifton and go SW *without going trough radio creeps* xd). Huge spawn with savages and highwaymans. Easy to kill.

I never understood why commun advice is to skip that task (and in the same time, never answer where they are xd). Well, you will have to kill them one by one (ranger mobs) but it's only "default" of that task, and they are easy to corner on moutain corridors.
