Heya,

Well, I know any proposal does end lost in limbs, but let's do as if not ... :P

Task trained skills system is somehow weird currently. We have 3 such skills (melee, defending, distance), and 4 speed rate of training : 0 (never trained, eg distance for warriors), 1 (slow, eg defending for mages), 2 (medium, eg defending for rangers), 3 (fast, eg defending for warriors).

Currently we have the following :

Melee --------3--------0------------1
Def. ----------3--------2------------1
Dist.---------- 0--------3------------0


It appears immediatly that this is completely unbalanced, and even sometimes stupid (melee for mages ....)


To reequilibrate the tabular, I suggest to add 3 more task trained skills.

In what follows, I added Mana Regen, Dodge, and an Other one still to be defined (I have ideas but I don't want to lost readers ....)

Disclaimer : this 3 new skills are mainly here to serve as *examples*. It could perfectly be something else ...

Finally, here is my proposition :

This time, completely fair. Each class has 2 main skills, one secondary, one low, 2 untrained.

Ofc, there is still work to be done : find "good" formulas to use those skills.

Example : what should do skill 100 mana regen ? Maybe add 100/20=5 mana regen by seconds ?

Not that I have much hope about that proposal, but now we have a CM, why not try again to be read at least once by one staff member :P
