Hello , once again your system has failed another old player who has come back to play and did not understand the bot verification system , he was 100% active you can see he write in trade chat , its sad that people who come back to play and new comers take ban for picking up poisonous items that are sellable to npcs ! I really hope his banned got lifed , as in the same scenario of Nironers taking unban for being active and not knowing what to do.

These anti bot items shouldn't have any benefits. Shouldn't be able to sell them to npc and DEFINITELY shouldn't be needed for osvald/thorvald tasks. Also if there in the game players need to be informed in game about them or else no new players or old players starting the game again will know about them unless another player informs them about it. It's a very broken system and it needs to be fixed ASAP

Yes , this new implemented system was not warned to new players , or old players who have come back to play , if gms look at time they can tell that he was active . I really hope they fix this ban , the guy just came back to play again and was motivated and now he was wrongfully banned . i feel sooo bad for him man .

Also , when you are in the bot verification , does it record a video ? if it does you can see he is active in the video saying "what now , what now" because he was confused on the next step !
