I am sorry he thought about it and decided against it but I dont see him promise at any point.

I dont see anything wrong with the staffs actions here..

I'm not sure you read the whole post, he already done what he stated to another character.

It's called Deception, I bought a character based on his word. Him saying (Yes, we can do this for you) is close to a promise you can get without him actually saying "I promise".

Weird situation.. I heard they've changed done 1 character back to level 1 and no subclass but refused someone else..

Kinda lame that you made a deal with someone based on Staff's word and now you've basically lost $179,- and are left with a broken "Promise".

It's sad that you cannot even trust what the owners says, Rather he has no idea what hes doing or he just lied in the first email.
A simple NO in the first email would have avoided all this situation from happening.
Once something is said you should keep your word, but I guess trust is a hard thing to come by.
