It's problem with the spell for marksman => CONJURE AMMUNITION. It dosent work. The first five times it's worked. Then block.

My game nick: lexter

On main chat you probably got "You must equip a bow or crossbow to use this spell."

You equipped stones instead of bow , that's the reason why nothing happens.
