I need help to know how Tarsoss respaw works, I saw him once and I couldn't find him anymore.

If I'm not mistaken, it has a resp cd of 3 hours. And u can find him going up and right, near the task npc.

That's where I found him, but I never saw him again and I've been checking for 3 days.

Thats odd, maybe someone lured him out of the original place, but since u checked the resp several times I dont have a clue what is happening

Tarsoss spawns at random intervals, you should just keep checking him every once in a while and eventually you will find him there :)
