There is some quest rewards that seems to get bugged. It says, it's legendary, but it's lacking even ordinary item's dynamic stats.

Such rewards are from Hrekkand quest:
[22:26:54] You are looking at a warlord helmet in the Legendary tier (attack 0.0, defense 6.0).

reward from Tarssos quest:
[22:27:32] You are looking at a reinforced war bow in the Legendary tier (attack 20.5, defense 5.2). Only a ranger is able to wield it. The ammunition is reinforced arrows.

Also reward from Ben Qarassih Hellish catacomb raid,
several items, but here one for example:
[22:28:14] You are looking at a demonic axe in the Legendary tier (attack 21.2, defense 16.0). Only a warrior is able to wield it.
