Hello there.

Does someone noticed about changed tier % chance?

At the begining its was really hard to change a ordnary equipament in a legendary equipament. After we ask that much they changed the % increase chance.

Now i am noticed that the chance decrease ALOT. Me and my friend tried more tham 50x the same equpament and no succes.

Also another friends tried too and they waste alot of Ores trying to change a tier of a equipament.

Does someone having this same problem? i think they decrease it again for sure.

I've tried Death Boots 7 times, so far unsuccessfully, and the same with Zezenien legs epic, x2, but I'm just unlucky
