The Solution in my opinion .

Put P card prices back to what they where or cheaper . ( Your game consists of lots of Brazilians and Venezuelans who do not make the same wages as North Americans and some Europeans . It is more profitable to sell lots of p cards for lower price , then to sell minimal for higher price !

Merge Everath and Pharos and let the fighting and leveling start again ! With a merge and lower p card cost your server will start seeing numbers again .

In 3-4 months or when and if the numbers start to go down in the merged server open another server pvp-optional or pvp-enforced(pick one you think you can profit the most) and maybe a 3x speed rate Elysium-like server ( non pvp,money-maker )


Knowing you are sick and don't have much time for the game , rely on 1-2 GMs to hold your game steady and only efforts you make are to double check the bans he/she makes .

When you get better and or find some time make some efforts on updates ( doesn't have to be huge ones , just minimal ones for your playerbase to be happy and stop the cry )

This game won't grow with the current staff.
It will just be the same 40-50 people who play the new servers, over and over again.

just keep creating new pvp servers and merging with the old one after 1 year and a half. You are going to sell a lot of p cards and its ok. LOL
