Has anything significantly changed with the update on Fortification? Haven't tried it yet.

In my experience barbarian are better than paladin at all levels on exp/hour.
They hit harder with melee / area spell -> heals more with hp steal.
Consume significantly less mana and use potions less often -> can use health potion to aid in healing without wasting on hunts.
What am I missing?

The paladin buff has a CD of 2min. Honestly I don't mind the CD but when hunting with a high lvl paladin that extra HP makes a difference when hunting high level MOB like the new MOB and mighty wearbears, Unholy Dreadlords, ect.
