What about other quest like % damage But with Heal %? i think paladins are too weaks tanking right now.. i cant go hunt - do my tasks without shaman not even talk about those poors barbs.. mbe its generate problems with shamans tanky power but idk.. any ideas?
also repair that fortification coldown to 0... you only tank when you have it.

I can agree with the forti cooldown to 0 . or have 30 second cooldown max .
