ice monsters includes all monster in ice lands, like volcanic golens, crystal/azure dragons etc ? or just mobs with thematic snow/ice ?

Hello! I think there's some bug going on with the lost presents. When I talked to Santa, he said that:

[10:18:17] Warrior Da Pesada: hi
[10:18:17] Santa Claus: Hohoho! Would you like to receive presents, Warrior Da Pesada?
[10:18:18] Warrior Da Pesada: lost presents
[10:18:18] Santa Claus: Ho Ho Ho! You saved Christmas!

I'm 100% sure that I got no presents at all, but I have done this quest once (i can't remember the year now). And now he won't let me do it again.

Can you please check if there's something wrong with the quest or if I really can't do it again?

How about also removing premium requirement to travel to southern shore?
