there are to many toxic players that if they know something they leave it for themselfs, not sharing with others :S

Well, there are 0 tips or any logic that could let you summon it.
Sometimes I wonder it's woman who own zezenia and leave all for "GUESS".

Nice to have that info. Does the duration of 15 minutes mean that it despawns after that? If so you would have to check it 96 times in order to find it assuming it occurs once a day and nobody else kills it. That's the expected value, but 25% would have to check it at least 144 times.
No despawn would be nice or making the duration way longer.

what we can read? some of my mates were camping for 2 days there and there was no scabbers , so one info from the wiki padge is appearing radomly another info every 15min but thats not true, same as vyrmiss in quagvill never found this boss there is something wrong with this noobish bosses

Thank you for adding Scabbers ride in to the game. Unfortunately, its not a solution for 4th mission of smart trader quest...
