To those who think it would be unfair to remove/change 200 level cap.
Why does it matter for you? Even if cap would be 300 level, regarding Elysium, it would mean that should be transferred very high level from Everest. To get such high level, you must PG a lot. 300 level at Elysium is easily possible in almost 4 months, having a lot of money. Also keep in mind that high end items would have its capacity, so nobody would harm economic. Isn't it better for you to get some more active players, instead of playing at so low people server? Why do your envy has to stop letting old server having at least a little bit better numbers?
When it comes to Pharos, this is nowadays impossible for new players to start there. Server is way too old, levels are too high. It would be great for every Pharos player, even if some new players would come with their 300s lvls. That wouldn't harm economic and any other aspect as well.

Huligan made also very good point there - why would people keep playing for longer than couple of week, if all their hard work will be just deleted?
That should be the greatest reason to change level cap as well as let everybody bring with them their non-end game items.

Regarding PVP or mixed pvp, people will always have split opinions. Guess only pool would let see what people wants the most. Anyway, when we see Pharos numbers as well as we saw any other server numbers, when some team won and another one left, mixed pvp, in theory is really good thing, when we consider benefits of exp at pvp area.
