Hello,

Several times today I was unable to access game, process being blocked at "connected, waiting for game world data".

Weird enough, when it happens, the "service status" shows that all servers are offline, but if I choose one of them I can see as usual the list of connected people.

Each time it happened I had to try several times until it suddenly work, apparently for no reason.

I have this same problem very often. Exact same as you.

It happens again and again today.

Two more details :

- I can't close the widget "connected, waiting for game world data" (button "close" is grey and don't work) and I have to close client and run it again for a new try.

- once I finally succeed to enter game, it may happen that all servers show offline again on service status, while I'm playing anyway.

Just duck this game i guess

Its happening again to me as well, I cannot even login right now.

Is any staff able to look into this? It is happening to many players

Edit-just got on after 5 minutes waiting

It happens to me 2 or 3 times this week that I was kitted by the game and when try to reconnect not connect for some time, i went to make nother thing and when i come back it connect after 1 or 2 minutes

I have the same problem, I spend hours trying to log in... This since Wednesday

Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience, we are looking into the cause and fix for this issue. We recommend keeping the game window open and waiting for the login to complete if this happens.
