I am also analyzing that you are trying to make the ranger hit more but using the wrong shapes.
Currently I noticed that you have increased the damage of the vulcan ball ... But this item is difficult for you to collect many and analyzing that you spend 1 per shot.
It would be better to increase the basic damage of the rangers or the damage of all weapons.

I believe it is an incredible magic if done correctly in the current form. There is still no reason to use it. It would change almost nothing in a solo hunt or even in war. I tested it a lot.
A excellent proposal reminds me a lot of the excellent critical continum magic, I believe that this magic with a use of 20 seconds would be as useful as critical continum if it was around 100% to 150%.
If the reason for creating this spell is war, the correct thing is an effect of 30 seconds with attack speed between 130 to 170%.
To hunt with effect of 3 minutes with attack speed of 70 to 90%.


Hellish Volley:
As I always say it is a beautiful magic but it is getting worse with every attempt to improve the current idea of 5s of Cd hardly a rogue will hunt in a team even a warlock will now be more useful in a group hunt I believe that this magic with 5 s of cd makes the rogue a 100% solo hunter and still doing low exp.
And the damage from Hellish Volley is very low compared to the spells of all other subclasses is the biggest DC and the least damage of
all.

In my opinion taunt should take more mana. After reducing spell mana cost, taking 33% of mana can hurt very low levels only.
To be honest, people would not even notice this spell.
The same thing is with Bewilderment. This spell is useless.
Marksman's buff should not reduce hp any more.

TAUNT:
I like the current formula of Taunt you reduce a player's mana by a total of 33 percent of his total mana.

But as nothing is good enough for some people, I believe that what they want to give an example would be the magic Taunt paralyze the use of mana for approximately 3 seconds and withdraw a total of your mana by 15%.
So I believe to heal the crying....

Steady shot is bugged.
While shooting it firstly heal for 0 hp and then in the same second it attacks
[19:55:10] Cruel Death healed you for 0 hitpoints.

I tested rouge's spells against 200 lvl 103 dist hellish crosbow

And really guys this is just sick how much he attacks me.
I do not know how it scales but:
Attack by weapon: around 290
Attack by barbed shot: 264
Attack by trap: around 200 EVERY 0.5 SECOND!
With those cooldowns (barbed shot 30 - 8 of duration = 22 seconds and trap 12 - 4 = 8 seconds) it is not comparable to marksman.

I know that the Staff is currently balancing it and this is why I try to suggest something.

I see no point of enlarging traps to 3x3. Especially this spell is far too OP. Low cooldown, huge dmg, aoe, slows (it is probably the only spell that slow monsters), good in pvm.. totally too much
Comparing to marksman slowing spell - single target, low dmg, low cooldown, must target, cannot be used in pvm

With demonic bow the difference is around 10 hitpoints with barbed shot and even less with traps.
