The solution is not that complicated, check this:
Remove black skull : 20 cards Remove second black skull in less then 24 hours : increase 100% in the price each , second removal:40 cards, third removal: 80 cards .... Remove second black skull in less then 3 days : increase 50% in the price each, second removal: 30 cards, third removal: 45 cards ... Remove second black skull in less then 7 days : increase 25% in the price each, second removal: 25 cards, third removal: ~~31 cards ... Remove second black kull in less then 14 days : increase 10 % in the price each, second removal: 22 cards, third removal: 24 cards ... After 30 days without getting black skull, your price back to 20 cards again. Looks the best way |

The list goes on and on.. But instead of fixing that a simple halloween event and a new server will do the job they think. |
